About This Coffee

Our flagship coffee, this Papua New Guinea has been described by friends of the Collective as their "gateway roast" to the world of specialty coffee. Featuring notes of citrus fruit, chocolate, and cherry tomato, this fully washed coffee always makes for a delicious and sophisticated brew.

Roasting Schedule

Our fleet of delivery drones are currently busy being used as stage props for a new episode of Black Mirror, so for now we’re doing things the old fashioned way and roasting coffee to order, carefully packaging it by hand with love, and mailing it to you through the United States Postal Service. We roast on Thursday’s and ship on Friday’s. Thank you for your patience and enjoy your fresh coffee!
